Our Commitment to Quality

Each Palace of Peach garment is carefully inspected and thoughtfully prepared prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Every order is handled and packaged with care, so you can shop with confidence knowing your piece has been attentively checked before leaving us.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Condition of Returned Items

Items showing signs of wear, damage, staining, or odours (including perfume, smoke, or body odour) will not be eligible for a refund.

Palace of Peach reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Rejected returns may be returned to the customer at their expense upon request.

How to Make a Return

1. Request a Return

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Confirmation that the item is unworn and unused

2. Return Approval

Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved returns will receive full return instructions and the return address
  • Unapproved returns should not be sent back, as they may not be eligible for a refund

3. Sending Your Item Back

For approved returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Palace of Peach cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging


Refunds

Approved Returns

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
  • £6 handling and forwarding fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return processing costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Rejected Returns

A return may be rejected if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use
  • There are marks, stains, odours, or damage
  • The return does not meet policy requirements

In these cases:

  • No refund will be issued
  • You will be contacted with further details

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

In these cases:

  • Palace of Peach will cover return shipping
  • A full refund or replacement will be offered
  • No handling fee will apply
